Youth Leadership Conferences
The purpose of KOP youth conferences, encampments, and assemblages is to provide opportunities to enhance leadership, life skills, and personal development of our youth. All of our conferences are designed with their best interests in mind. Training is offered during these conferences and throughout the year in order to develop the skills of our young men.

Training
Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow
Workshops are offered to our youth both during their annual conferences and throughout the year. The purpose of these workshops is to help our young men build their confidence by providing them with the tools they need to succeed. We hope that by preparing them to be the 21st Century leaders, we are tapping into some of their strengths and weaknesses that will get them there. Workshops may include but not limited to leadership, anger management, communication, decision-making, teamwork, etc.

Community Service
Building a Better Future
The KOP empowers youth to reach their fullest potential by giving back to their communities through various community service projects. Volunteering provides our youth the opportunity to get involved in the community and meet new and exciting faces from all walks of life. Community service may include but not limited to food drives, community clean-up, clothing drives, adopt a street, school supplies, health fairs, and etc. Engaging in community service also provides our youth with the opportunity to become active members of their community and has a lasting, positive impact on society at large
